You started your business to do what you love, not to spend every week buried in admin work you can't delegate because nothing is documented. workwyse builds the operational systems that let you run your business. Instead of the other way around.
Most small business owners are brilliant at what they do. Operations just isn't it yet. And without the right systems, growth creates more chaos, not more freedom.
Critical processes live in your head. New hires take weeks to become useful. You answer the same questions ten times a week. You're the bottleneck. And you know it.
50% of your week is admin work. Client management is held together with hope. You're working IN the business 60 hours a week instead of ON it. The growth ceiling is real.
Revenue has stalled because you can't delegate what isn't defined. You can't take a vacation because the business only works when you're there. That's not a business. It's a job.
Every engagement begins by identifying exactly what's broken and why, so we build the right solution, not just a solution. Start with the pain, find the root cause, build something that lasts.
Understand your business, goals, and exactly where you're stuck
Dig into what's actually broken, not just the surface symptoms
Define ownership, timelines, and the full process end-to-end
Create documented, scalable tools your team actually uses
You own it. You run it. You improve it. No dependency on us. Ever.

I'm Megan, an operations consultant and MBA. I've spent 7 years building the kind of documentation, procedures, and hiring systems that most small businesses don't know they need until something breaks.
My work lives at the intersection of HR, Finance, and Operations, because that's where the real gaps are. Scalable hiring infrastructure, financial workflows that were quietly bleeding money, vendor contracts renegotiated for measurable savings. I've also taken this work international, leading a full feasibility analysis and growth strategy for a small business in Athens, Greece as part of my MBA program.
In 2026, I was selected by invitation for the Paris Business Academy, a global leadership intensive that draws senior leaders from around the world. It's the kind of room where strategic thinking is the price of entry.
workwyse exists because you shouldn't need an enterprise budget to run like one. I don't build dependency. I build systems you own, understand, and can improve long after our work is done.
Every tier is built around one promise: you walk away owning your systems, not needing ours.
AI can save your business 5-10 hours a week. If you know which tools to use, which prompts actually work, and where not to trust it. This guide cuts through the noise and gives you exactly that, through an operations lens, not a tech blogger's.
Work smarter with the tools that exist right now. No hype. Just what works.
Buy one template, bundle by function, or get everything for your stage. Every product works on its own. Bundles just make it smarter.
Pick the one that describes where your business is right now. If you're between stages, start with the earlier one. You can always add more later. Every package is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no lock-in.
These aren't hypotheticals. These are systems and strategies Megan built, in real companies and organizations, under real pressure, with real results.
A 300+ employee organization had no standardized onboarding, inconsistent hiring inputs, and embedded compliance gaps. Built an end-to-end operating model aligning HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, including structured intake forms, interview scoring, skills-based evaluation, and DEI compliance embedded directly into daily workflow.
Workforce cost data was scattered, late, and unreliable, creating payroll errors and blocking Finance from accurate forecasting. Redesigned the Salary List from a static artifact into a governed monthly reconciliation system with clear ownership, validation checkpoints, and direct integration into the P&L and EBT modeling.
High unit costs and slow turnarounds were creating drag on hiring velocity. Led a structured evaluation across 5 decision-critical dimensions: cost, efficiency, risk, reporting, and UX. Selected a new vendor that cut cost per hire by $25.37 and reduced turnaround to 1-2 business days through automation.
As part of a global MBA program, partnered directly with a first-of-its-kind co-working and advocacy hub for women in Athens, featuring onsite childcare. Conducted market research and competitive landscape analysis, assessed organizational and financial feasibility, built a month-by-month revenue ramp-up plan from €2K to €15K, and developed a full marketing strategy including community surveys. Delivered a live final presentation to the organization's leadership.
Real results from real Castle Rock business owners.
"The onboarding template saved me 15 hours on our last hire. Everything was already there. I just customized and went. Best $49 I've spent on my business."
"Meg documented our entire client process in two weeks. Now I can actually delegate and my team knows exactly what to do. This is a complete game changer."
"Finally someone who understands small business operations. Not enterprise-level complexity, just practical systems that actually fit how we work."
The workwyse template library grows based on what real businesses actually ask for. Tell us what would make your week easier and it goes straight into our development queue. If enough people ask for the same thing, it gets built next.
Honest answers to the things people actually want to know before they buy.
